Terms of Service
These lightweight terms are written for Quill's current beta stage. They are not a substitute for a custom legal review.

Using Quill
Quill helps trades and service businesses create, edit, send, and track quotes. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, tax treatment, permits, licensing, and terms of every quote you send.
AI-generated content is a draft only. You must review line items, quantities, rates, taxes, assumptions, and notes before sending a quote to a client.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
The current beta is designed for individual business users. Team roles, organization administration, and self-serve access management are not finished yet.
Beta Availability
Quill is provided as a beta product and may change, break, pause, or remove features while the core workflow is improved.
Billing is not live in the app yet. If paid access is introduced, pricing and plan terms will be presented separately before charges are made.
Client-Facing Quotes
Quill can email PDFs and public quote links to clients. You control the quote content and should only send quotes to recipients you are allowed to contact.
Client responses collected through public quote pages are provided for workflow tracking and do not replace your own contracts, signatures, payment collection, insurance requirements, or legal notices.
Limitations
Quill is provided without a guarantee that generated prices, taxes, code requirements, permit needs, or legal terms are correct.
To the extent allowed by law, Quill is not liable for lost profits, missed jobs, incorrect estimates, client disputes, or indirect damages caused by use of the beta.
