Quill is in a hands-on beta. Support is currently handled directly rather than through a ticket portal.

For Quill Users
For beta support, reply to your onboarding email or contact the person who invited you to Quill. Include your account email, the quote number if one is involved, and a short description of what happened.
If you cannot access your account, mention whether the issue is login, quote generation, PDF download, quote email delivery, or a public quote response.
For Quote Recipients
If you received a quote, contact the business that sent it for pricing, scope, scheduling, payment, warranty, or contract questions.
Quill provides the quote page and PDF workflow, but the sending business is responsible for the quote content and any agreement with you.
Privacy Or Terms Questions
Use this support path for privacy, data correction, account deletion, or terms questions. Quill does not yet have a self-serve privacy dashboard.
