Quill is in beta, so contact is currently handled through direct support rather than a public help desk.

Beta Users

Reply to your onboarding email or contact the person who invited you to Quill. Include your account email and any quote number related to the issue.

For technical issues, mention what you were trying to do and whether the issue happened in the dashboard, a PDF, an email, or a public quote page.

Quote Recipients

If you received a quote through Quill, contact the business that sent it. They own the pricing, scope, schedule, payment terms, and any agreement with you.

Quill cannot approve, revise, cancel, or negotiate a quote on behalf of the sending business.

Privacy And Account Requests

For privacy, account deletion, or data correction requests, use the same beta support path and include the email address associated with your Quill account.

Quill does not yet provide a self-serve privacy or account deletion dashboard.
